EPISODE # 32 TOMATO & MINT CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVING: 6-7 INGREDIENTS: Mint Leaves -1 Bunch Green Coriander - 1/2 Bunch Onion - 1 Big (Cubes) Tomato - 1 Big (Cubes) Tamarind - 10 gms (Soaked in water & remove seeds) Garlic Cloves - 6-7 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Green Chilies - 6-7 Salt - To taste Oil - as required METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds, Garlic cloves, Green chilies. Add Onions, Tomatoes, Green coriander, Mint leaves & saute. Let it cool down at room temperature. Take a mixer jar. Add the mixture, tamarind, salt & grind to a fine paste. Serve with Plain Rice. EPISODE # 31 AMBADAI KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVING: 6-7 INGREDIENTS: Red Sorrel - 1 Bunch Tomatoes - 2 (Cubes) Garlic Cloves - 6-7 Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Dry Red Chilies - 3-4 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Green Coriander Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Garlic Cloves - 3-4 (Chopped) Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp Dry Red Chilies - 2 Oil - 3 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Dry Red Chillies, Tomatoes & saute. Add Red Sorrel, cover & simmer for 5-6 mins. Add Green coriander & let it cool down at room temperature & then grind into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard & Fenugreek seeds, Garlic Cloves, Curry leaves, Dry red chilies, Red chili & turmeric powder. Now add the paste & cover & cook for 5 Mins. Serve with Plain Rice. EPISODE # 30 MASALA RICE || BREAKFAST RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD  PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 05 INGREDIENTS: Cooked Rice - 1/2 kg Chana Dal - 1 tsp Urad Dal - 1 tsp Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Tomato - 1 Small (Sliced) Groundnuts - 1 tbsp Dry Red Chillies - 2 Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Cumin Seeds & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Sambhar Masala - 1 tsp Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat Oil in a cooking pot. Add Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Groundnuts, Chana dal, Urad dal, Dry red chilies & mix. Add Onions, tomato & mix. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Sambhar masala, salt to taste & a little water & stir well. Add Cooked Rice & stir well. Cover & cook. Add green coriander, mint leaves & stir well.
