EPISODE # 381 DEGI CHICKEN KORMA | DELHI KA SHADIYONWALA CHICKEN KORMA | KORMA RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 20-25 Mins COOKING TIME: 5-10 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Fried Onions - 2 Big Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg Curd - 200 gms Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp Maze & Nutmeg Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder - More than 1/4 tsp Salt - To Taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat a handi. Add all the ingredients except for maze & nutmeg powder & garam masala powder. Add oil in it & mix all the ingredients. Keep handi on the flame on the high flame on high flame. Put the lid & cook. Stir occasionally. After 10-15 mins, add nutmeg, maze & garam masala powder & mix well. On a low flame, cook it. Add fried onion & mix well. Put the lid &

EPISODE # 380 GHEE ROAST DOSA | BREAKFAST & EVENING TIME RECIPES | DOSA RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:   Mins COOKING TIME:   Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Dosa Rice - 1/2 Kg Puffed Rice - 1 Cup Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp METHOD: Take a bowl, add dosa rice & fenugreek seeds, wash it & keep aside.  Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs. Take a bowl, add urad dal, wash it & keep aside. Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs. After 3-4 hrs, drain the water out. Take a mixer jar, add dal & grind it into a fine paste. Take a bowl, add puffed rice, wash it & grind it. Take a bowl, grind the rice finely. Add rice batter. Add puffed rice. Add a little water & grind it into a fine paste. Add puffed rice batter & mix all the 3 batters together. Mix it once with hands. Put the lid & keep aside in kitchen cabinet or warm place. Keep it overnight. After overnight.

EPISODE # 379 INSTANT RICE DOSA DOSA RECIPES | BREAKFAST RECIPES | SOUTH INDIAN RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Cooked Rice - 1 Cup Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup Curd - 1/4 Cup Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp Salt - To Taste METHOD: Take a mixer jar, add cooked rice, wheat flour, 1 cup of water & grind it into a fine batter. Take a bowl, transfer it into a bowl, add salt. Add curd, soda bi-carb & mix all the ingredients well. Heat a pan, spread the batter on it & give shape. Put a lid on it & let it cook. Spread some oil on it. Put the lid & cook. Turn it to the other side & let it cook. Serve hot. EPISODE # 378 PANEER BHURJEE RECIPE || HOME-MADE PANEER SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR PANEER BHURJEE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 5 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Onion - 2 Big (Chopped) Tomato - 1/2 (Chopped) Capsicum- 1 (Chopped) Paneer - 1 Cup (Crumbled) Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp Sabji Masala Powder - 1 tbsp Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped) Green Coriander - Few Oil - 2 tbsp METHOD: Heat a pan, add oil. Add onion & saute. After a min of sauteing, add tomato & saute. Add green chillies & saute. Add capsicum & saute. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add salt & saute. Add turmeric powder & saute. Put the lid & cook for 2 mins. Add paneer & mix well. Put the lid & cook on a low flame. After 1 min, add sabji masala powder & mix well. Add green coriander, salt & mix well. Put the lid & cook on a low flame for 1 min. Serve hot.
