PANEER BHURJEE RECIPE || HOME-MADE PANEER SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR PANEER BHURJEE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Onion - 2 Big (Chopped)
  2. Tomato - 1/2 (Chopped)
  3. Capsicum- 1 (Chopped)
  4. Paneer - 1 Cup (Crumbled)
  5. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Sabji Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped)
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan, add oil. Add onion & saute.
  2. After a min of sauteing, add tomato & saute.
  3. Add green chillies & saute.
  4. Add capsicum & saute.
  5. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  6. Add salt & saute.
  7. Add turmeric powder & saute. Put the lid & cook for 2 mins.
  8. Add paneer & mix well. Put the lid & cook on a low flame.
  9. After 1 min, add sabji masala powder & mix well.
  10. Add green coriander, salt & mix well. Put the lid & cook on a low flame for 1 min.
  11. Serve hot.
TIP:
  1. If you want to skip Sabji Masala Powder then add Cumin Seeds Powder & Garam Masala Powder.
  2. If you want to skip Green Chillies then add Red Chilli Powder.
