EPISODE # 104 MOONGPHALLI KI KHATTI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Peanuts  - 250 gms (Dry roast on medium flame) Green chillies - 4-5 Onion - 1 Big (cubes) Tamarind - 10 gms (Soak in water) Coriander leaves - few Salt - to taste METHOD: Dry roast peanuts & cool down to room temperature & remove the skin of peanuts & keep aside. Take a mixer jar. Add peanuts & tamarind, salt & grind well. Add all ingredients & grind well. EPISODE # 103 CHICKEN PATTIES || HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN PATTIES AT HOME || PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Boiled Chicken - 250 gms Boiled Potatoes - 3 Carrot - 1 (Grated) Chicken Stock - 1 Cup Dark Soya sauce - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Lemon - 1 Green chilli - 23 (Chopped) Salt - to taste Oil - for frying FOR COATING: Egg - 1 Bread Crumbs - as required Vermicelli - as required METHOD: Boil Chicken by adding garlic cloves 5, Black Pepper 5-6, Water 1/2 cup. Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & grind for once. Mash potatoes & mix with chicken well. Add all other ingredients & mix well. Add chicken stock & mix occasionally & give shape to them. Beat Egg. Dip the patties & coat with vermicelli & bread crumbs & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put Patties one by one & fry until golden brown on low flame. Serve hot with ketchup. Sprinkle chat masala

EPISODE # 102 HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN LEGS || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 6 Legs Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Dark Soya sauce - 2 tsp Lemon - 1/2 Corn Flour -  1 tbsp Green chili - 1 (Chopped) Honey - as required Salt - to taste Oil - 2 tbsp Onion - 1 (Small Cubes) OPTIONAL Capsicum - 1 (Small Cubes) OPTIONAL METHOD: Take a bowl. Add all ingredients to chicken & mix well & keep aside for 30 mins to marinate. Add cornflour to chicken & mix well. Heat oil a grill pan. Put chicken legs one by one & grill until golden brown or fully done inside out. Spread honey on chicken legs & flip & fry. Grill onion & capsicum. Serve with chicken legs. Serve hot. Add dal, tinday, a glass of water, tomatoes & all other ingredients. Close cooker & bring it on full pressure on high heat. Mash dal well with the back of a ladle. Heat Ghee in a handi. Add tempering. Add dal  Cover & simmer. Serve hot with rice, roti. Garnish with green coriander. EPISODE # 99 JEERA MASALA BHARE MIRCH KE PAKORE || SNACKS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Big green chillies - 10-12 Gram flour - 250 gms Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp Soda bicarb - 1/2 tsp Green coriander - 1/4 Cup Lemon - 1/2 Salt - To taste Oil - For Frying FOR BATTER: Gram flour - 250 gms Roasted cumin powder - 1 Pinch Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Green coriander - 1/4 Cup Salt - to taste METHOD: Slit the chillies. Remove seeds. Add gram flour, roasted cumin powder, salt, lemon & water 2 tbsp & mix well. Stuff it in the chilli. Take a bowl. Add the batter ingredients & mix well with water. Heat oil in a karahi. Pour hot oil 1 tbsp on Soda bicarb & mix the batter well. Coat chillies with the batter & deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney. Put all the ingredients & dry roast on low flame. Take it out. Cool it down at room temperature.  Grind it into a fine powder. EPISODE # 95 SUPER TASTY NALLI NIHARI || NALLI NIHARI RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Boiled Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg Onion - 2 Big (Sliced) Nihari masala - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Wheat flour - 2 tbsp Salt - to taste Ghee - 1 Spoon Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Boil Mutton with salt to taste. Separate Mutton stock. Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooking pot. Add onion, mutton & mix well. After 5-6 mins, add nihari masala & stock occasionally & mix well. Cover & simmer, salt to taste, cover & simmer on low flame. Add water & wheat flour & mix well in a bowl. Add the batter & add a 1/2 glass of water. Add red chilli powder on low flame & simmer. Add water & cook till low flame. Add Ginger Julienne, green chillies, green coriander & cook on low flame for 5 mins. Serve hot with paratha. Garnish with green coriander, ghee.
