EPISODE # 309 TASTY & EASY MUTTON MASALA RECIPE FOR BACHELORS, NEWLYWEDS || 5 MINS RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 7 - 10 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Mutton Pieces - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces) Onion - 1 Small (Chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Green Chilli - 2 (Slited) Green Coriander - 2 Cups (Chopped) Salt - To Taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Take a cooker, add mutton pieces, onion, salt, turmeric powder & saute. Saute mutton till the water dries. Add oil & saute. Add ginger garlic paste & saute. After 2-3 mins, add all ingredienst & saute. Add green coriander & saute. After 1-2 mins, add a glass of water & mix well. Put the lid & cook until 5-6 whistles or till the mutton tenders. Mix it all for once, cook for another 5-6 mins on low flame. Garnish with

EPISODE # 308 SUPER TASTY & REFRESHING WATERMELON JUICE | SUMMER SPECIAL | FRUIT JUICES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins MAKING TIME:  10-15 Mins SERVINGS:  2-3 INGREDIENTS: Watermelon - 1 (Cut into cubes) Mint Leaves - Few Ginger - Small piece Sugar - 2-3 tbsp Black Salt - 1 Pinch Ice Cubes - As required METHOD: Take a mixer jar, add all ingredients except for ice cubes, black salt & blend smoothly. Add black salt & mix well. Take a vessel. Add ice cubes, strain blended watermelon juice. Add some ice cubes & pour juice into glasses. Garnish with some mint leaves. Serve chilled. Place a clean cloth, put mint leaves & spread it on it. Take another cloth & press it against the mint leaves. Keep it aside for 1 hour. Transfer it into a thal. Keep it under sunlight until it gets completely dried. After 1 day, press mint leaves against both the palms & make a mixture. The Dried Mint Leaves are ready to use. EPISODE # 306 RAWE SE BANAYE TASTY BADI AUR SAALBHAR STORE KAREN | SUMMER SPECIAL RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD COOKING TIME:  15-20 Mins INGREDIENTS: Semolina - 2 Cups Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp Salt - To taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Heat a vessel, add water - 1 1/2 litre. Put the lid & cook till boiling point. Add all the ingredients, semolina & stir continuously. Turn the flame to low, continuously stir & cook until the batter gets thicker. Spread a plastic mat or butter paper. Mix the mixture for once. Take a chakli maker, add mixture & give the desired shape of chakli. Dip your fingers in a bowl of water, gently pick badi & transfer it into another big thal. Keep them under sunlight for 2-3 days & let them completely dry. Heat oil in a karahi. Add whole dry red chilli & saute, once sauteed for 3-4 mins, take it out. Add garlic cloves & saute. Add all the ingredients (5-10) & saute. Take them out & mix with sauteed whole dry red chilli. EPISODE # 302 HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY JAM AT HOME | STRAWBERRY RECIPES | JAM RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 35-40 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Strawberries - 1/2 Kg (Cut them into small pieces) Sugar - 2 Cups Citric Acid - 1 Pinch METHOD: Take a bowl. Add strawberries, sugar & refrigerate for overnight. Place a pan on high flame, add strawberries mixture & cook till done. To mash strawberries, press them against another spoon. Lift a little amount of hot syrup in a metal spoon, turn spoon to let syrup fall from one edge. As the syrup thickens, large drops will form on the edge of the spoon. Add citric acid & mix well. Boil water & add into the jar to sterilize it. Place a metal spoon diagonally in the sterilized jar, pour the hot jam into it. Once the jam cools down, take the spoon out of the jar.
