EPISODE # 116 MUTTON KABAB PAV || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Mutton Mince - 1/2 Kg Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Crushed Dry red chilli - 1 tbsp Ginger - 1/2 (Small Cubes) Garlic - 6-7 Green chilli - 2 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Nutmeg & Mace powder - 1 Pinch Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup Roasted Besan - 2 tbsp Salt - To taste Oil - Shallow Frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add Mince, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Green Coriander, Mint leaves & grind well. Take a bowl, Add ground mince, all masalas, onion. Mix with hands, Keep aside & marinate for 1 hr. After 1 hr, Add roasted besan, salt to taste & mix well. Grease your palms & give shape to kababs. Heat oil in a pan. Add Kababs one by one & fry till golden brown. Gently flip & fry

Add Cumin & Mustard Seeds, Onion & saute. Add Curry leaves, Green chillies & saute. Add Tomato, Kala Chana & Saute. Add Ginger Garlic Paste & saute for 2-3 mins. Add all masalas, Salt to taste & saute. Sprinkle little water, cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 mins. Add Green Coriander & cover &

EPISODE # 111 ALOO GOSHT KA SALAN || NON VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 30 Mins SERVING: 5 INGREDIENTS: Mutton Pieces - 600 gms  Potatoes - 3 Big (Cut in 2 equal halves) Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped) Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp Curd - 1 cup Green Chillies - 2 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Bay Leaf - 2 Cinnamon Stick - 2 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Salt - To taste Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat Oil & Vanaspati ghee in a cooker. EPISODE # 109 IMLI AUR GUD KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Tamarind - 100 gms Jaggery - 150 gms Crushed Garlic Cloves - 6-7 Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - To Taste METHOD: Soak Tamarind in hot water. With the help of a strainer extract the pulp. Take a cooking pot. Add the pulp & jaggery, all ingredients & keep on low flame & stir continuously. When the Chutney changes color, turn off the flame & let it cool at room temperature. Store in a container. TIPS: Use it to make different Chat recipes. EPISODE # 108 PRAWNS 65 || PRAWNS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVING: 3 - 4 INGREDIENTS: Prawns - 300 gms Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - less than 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Lemon - 1/2 Salt - To taste Oil - Shallow Frying METHOD: Take a bowl. Add Prawns, all masalas, lemon juice & mix well. Heat a pan. Put Prawns & simmer until the water gets absorbed. Turn off the flame. Take it out & let cool at room temperature. Take a bowl, add prawns & cornflour & mix. Heat oil in a pan. Put Prawns one by one in Oil & fry till golden brown. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup. EPISODE # 107 MIX BHAJIYA PLATTER || BHAJIYA PLATTER BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 20 - 25 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Spinach - 6-7 Potato - 1 Large Onion - 1 Large Eggplant - 1 Large Raw Banana - 1 Big Green Chillies - 6-7 Gram Flour - 300 gms Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - less than 1/4 tsp Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp Carom seeds - 1 Pinch Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp Salt - To Taste  Oil - For Frying METHOD: Wash & thinly slice Potato, Onion, Eggplant, Raw Banana. Slit green chillies & remove seeds. Slice Raw banana with skin. Soak veggies except for onion & green chillies in water with a little salt in it. Take a bowl. Add all masalas except for soda bicarb, mix with water in a smooth & thick batter. Put Soda bicarb & Pour hot Oil 1 tbsp on it & Stir.  Heat oil in a cooking pot. Dip one by one all ingredients in batter & fry till light golden brown

Put mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt to taste, onion & mix well. After 3-4 mins add Oil & mix. Add all masalas, tomatoes, green coriander, little water & mix well. Add Curd & mix. Add a glass of water & cover & cook until the meat tenders. Add Lady Finger & mix well. Add soaked tamarind water, a glass of water & mix well. Add green coriander, salt to taste & mix.
