MIX BHAJIYA PLATTER || BHAJIYA PLATTER BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Spinach - 6-7
  2. Potato - 1 Large
  3. Onion - 1 Large
  4. Eggplant - 1 Large
  5. Raw Banana - 1
  6. Big Green Chillies - 6-7
  7. Gram Flour - 300 gms
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Ginger-Garlic Paste - less than 1/4 tsp
  11. Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  13. Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  14. Salt - To Taste 
  15. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Wash & thinly slice Potato, Onion, Eggplant, Raw Banana. Slit green chillies & remove seeds. Slice Raw banana with skin.
  2. Soak veggies except for onion & green chillies in water with a little salt in it.
  3. Take a bowl. Add all masalas except for soda bicarb, mix with water in a smooth & thick batter.
  4. Put Soda bicarb & Pour hot Oil 1 tbsp on it & Stir. 
  5. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Dip one by one all ingredients in batter & fry till light golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with Ketchup & Green Chutney.
  • TIPS:
  1. Add Soda bicarb with hot Oil to make the batter fluffy.
