- Spinach - 6-7
- Potato - 1 Large
- Onion - 1 Large
- Eggplant - 1 Large
- Raw Banana - 1
- Big Green Chillies - 6-7
- Gram Flour - 300 gms
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - less than 1/4 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
- Wash & thinly slice Potato, Onion, Eggplant, Raw Banana. Slit green chillies & remove seeds. Slice Raw banana with skin.
- Soak veggies except for onion & green chillies in water with a little salt in it.
- Take a bowl. Add all masalas except for soda bicarb, mix with water in a smooth & thick batter.
- Put Soda bicarb & Pour hot Oil 1 tbsp on it & Stir.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Dip one by one all ingredients in batter & fry till light golden brown.
- Serve hot with Ketchup & Green Chutney.
- TIPS:
- Add Soda bicarb with hot Oil to make the batter fluffy.
