EPISODE # 45 RAWA KHEER || SWEET RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Milk - 1 ltr Rawa (Semolina) - 1 Cup Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Kewda Essence - 2-3 drops Sugar - 2 Cups Cashews - 10-15 Cashews - few for garnishing Ghee - 1 Spoon METHOD: Boil milk more than 2-3 times & keep aside. Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add cashews & saute till golden brown, take out & keep aside. Add Cashews, cardamom powder & saute. Add Rawa saute on low flame. Add a glass of water & stir it continuously. Add sugar & stir it continuously. Add milk & stir it continuously. Stir it till it gets thick. After that cook it for another 2-4 mins. Add Kewda Essence. Stir & cook for another 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame & keep half uncovered. Garnish with roasted cashews.  Serve hot or chilled. EPISODE # 44 BOMBAY DUCK FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Bombay duck - 15-20 Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Sabzi masala - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp Lemon - 1 tsp Rice Flour - For coating Salt - to taste Oil - Fry frying METHOD: Take a bowl. Put Bombayduck & all ingredients & mix it. Keep it for 15-20 mins for marination. After 15-20 mins. Coat the fish with Rice Flour & keep aside. Heat Oil. Add garlic, put one by one fish in oil & let fry till golden brown. Gently flip & fry. Serve hot with ketchup. Add coconut, tamarind, salt & little water & grind again. Add little water & grind it again. Add green chili, mint leaves & grind again. Add onions & grind again. Serve with plain rice. EPISODE # 42 BAIGAN KI KHATTI DAL || DAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 05 INGREDIENTS: Brinjal - 2 (Cut in cubes) Tur dal - 250 gms Green chili - 6-7 Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Tamarind - 5 gms Onion - 1 (Cubes) Tomato - 2 Big (Cubes) FOR TEMPERING: Curry leaves - 1 sprig Crushed Garlic - 4-5 Onion - 1/2 (Sliced) Whole dry red chili - 1 Fenugreek seeds - 1 Pinch Mustard & Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Ghee - 1/2 Cup METHOD: Take a cooker. Add Dal, water all other ingredients, bring cooker on full pressure & keep to boil. Add dal & water, salt to taste & mix well. Heat a cooking pot. Add Ghee, tempering. Add dal & cover & cook for 5-6 mins. Serve hot with Plain rice. EPISODE # 40 AFGHANI CHICKEN PULAV || CHICKEN PULAO || PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA PREPARATION TIME: 15 MIns COOKING TIME: 40-45 Mins SERVINGS: 05 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 1 1/2 Kg Basmati Rice - 1 1/2 kg Tomatoes - 1/2 kg (Cubes) Fried Onions - 1/2 kg Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Curd - 300 gms Green coriander - 1 Cup Mint leaves - 1 Cup Lemons - 2 Green chillies - 2-3 Bay leaf - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1/2 Green Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 3 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Oil - 250 gms METHOD: Make a cut in Chicken & keep aside. Take a mixer jar, add tomatoes, fried onions & grind in a fine paste. Add Curd & grind. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste & grind for once. Keep it aside. Heat oil in a cooking pot & fry Chicken, take out & keep aside. I
