EPISODE # 65 CRISPY MUTTON CHOPS FRY || CHOPS FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Mutton chops - 1/2 kg Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp Onion - 1/2 small (Finely chopped) Salt - to taste Oil - for frying FOR COATING: Eggs - 2 Refined flour - as required Bread Crumbs - as required Kasoori methi - 1 tsp Carom seeds - 1 Pinch Sesame seeds - 1 tsp METHOD: Take a cooker. Put chops & all ingredients & stir for once. Add a glass of water, close cooker & boil the chops. Take a bowl. Beat eggs with carom seeds, sesame seeds, kasoori methi, refined flour. Dip chops in the batter & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put chops one by one, flip & fry till golden brown. Serve hot with dal & rice or you can simply have it on snacks

EPISODE # 63 BHARWA KARELA |\ VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Bitter Gourd - 7-8 Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Dry red chili - 5-6 Lemon - 1/2 Garlic cloves - 5-6 Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Oil - 1 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - for frying METHOD: Slit the Bitter gourd & remove the seeds. Add turmeric powder 1 pinch, salt to taste & mix it on the Bitter gourd. Wash it thoroughly. Heat a pan. Add cumin, nigella, coriander, fennel, black pepper & dry roast. add dry red chili  & roast on low flame. Add garlic, asafoetida & mix well. Let it cool to room temperature. Take a mixer jar. Add the roasted masala & grind to a fine powder. Take out. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, oil, lemon & mix well. Take an equal amount of the mixture & put it in

EPISODE # 61 POMFRET FISH FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4 - 5 INGREDIENTS: Pomfret - 12 Pieces Cumin powder - 1 tspRed chilli powder - 1 tsp Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1/4 tsp Crushed Garlic - 6-7 Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste Rice flour - 2 tbsp Carom seeds - 1 Pinch Oil - as required for frying METHOD: Take a plate. Put all the ingredients & mix with water 2 tbsp. Spread the masala on fish, keep aside & marinate for 15-20 mins. Coat the fish with rice & carom seeds. Heat Oil in a pan. Put the fish one by one & let it fry. Gently flip & fry till golden brown. Sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot with dal & rice. EPISODE # 60 TUR KI KHATTI DAL || DAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVING: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Tur dal - 250 gms Green chillies - 10-12 Tomatoes - 2 Big (Cut into cubes) Onion - 1 Small (Cut into cubes) Tamarind - 10 gms Turmeric powder - 1 tsp FOR TEMPERING: Garlic - 5-6 (Crushed) Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few Dry red chilli - 2 Ghee - 1 Spoon METHOD: Take a cooker. Add 2 glass of water, all ingredients except for tempering, fenugreek seeds 1 pinch, curry leaves 3-4, put the lid & cook till 2-3 whistles. Add water as required in boiled dal & mix well. Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add the tempering & saute. Add dal & cover, cook till it boils. Turn off the flame & serve it after 5-10 mins. Preheat the sandwich maker.  Spread butter, pudiney chutney on the bread. Place onion, cucumber, tomato, grated cheese & cover with another bread. Put it in the sandwich maker. Toast until done. Serve hot with ketchup.
