EPISODE # 199 CHICKEN MALAI BOTI || MALAI BOTI RECIPE || CHICKEN MALAI BOTI WITHOUT OVEN & TANDOOR  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 2-3 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breasts- 2 Breasts (Cut into cubes) Curd - 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp White pepper powder - 1 tsp Green Chilli - 4, Green Coriander - Few, Mint Leaves - Few - Crushed Together Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Salt - To taste Butter - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl. Put vinegar in chicken & keep aside for 10 mins. Wash it & keep aside. Add all ingredients, mix well & keep aside for 60 mins or 90 mins for marination. You can also marinate it overnight. Take shashlik sticks or Bamboo sticks, cover the sticks with chicken pieces. Heat oil & butter in a pan. Put chicken shashlik sticks & fry until done inside out

KANDA BHAJIYA INGREDIENTS: Gram flour - 6-7tbsp Onion - 2 Big (Sliced) Carom seeds - 1 Pinch Green chilli - 3-4 (Chopped) Sabzi masala powder - 1 tsp Curry leaves - Few (Roughly chopped) Salt - to taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a bowl. Add onion, salt & mix well. Add all other ingredients. Add gram flour & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Heat oil in a karahi. Put some amount in hot oil & fry until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup. B. Add butter. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves & saute. Add green chillies & corn, saute for 2-3 mins. Add onion, tomato, capsicum (Save some for garnishing) & saute. Add chaat masala, black salt, salt & mix well. Turn off the flame & mix. Add green coriander & mix well. Add saved onion, tomato, capsicum. Serve hot or as per your wish. Take a plate, add water. Soak one side of bread in water, squeeze excess water, place some amount of potato mixture on the dry side of the bread & fold it. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add Cumin & Mustard Seeds. Add Curry leaves & saute. Add Green chilli, onion & saute. Add Bengal gram & saute. After 5-6 mins, add potato & saute. After 3-4 mins, add cabbage & mix. Add turmeric powder. Cover & cook on low flame. After 5-6 mins. Mix & add salt to taste. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for another 2-3 mins.
