INGREDIENTS:
  1. Corn - 2 Big (Boiled & Deseeded)
  2. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
  4. Capsicum - 1 (Chopped)
  5. Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  7. Black salt - 1 Pinch
  8. Salt - To taste
  9. Curry leaves - 1 Sprig
  10. Green chillies - 2 (Slited)
  11. Green coriander - 1/Cup
  12. Butter - 1/2 tbsp
  13. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add butter. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves & saute.
  2. Add green chillies & corn, saute for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add onion, tomato, capsicum (Save some for garnishing) & saute.
  4. Add chaat masala, black salt, salt & mix well. Turn off the flame & mix.
  5. Add green coriander & mix well.
  6. Add saved onion, tomato, capsicum.
  7. Serve hot or as per your wish.
