EPISODE # 239 HOW TO MAKE TASTY POTATO SMILEY AT HOME || POTATO SMILEY || SNACKS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Boiled Potato - 6 (Finely Grated) Rice Flour - 1/3 Cup Corn Flour - 1/3 Cup Chat masala - 1 tsp Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a bowl, add grated potatoes. Add rice flour, corn flour, chat masala, cumin seeds powder, salt to taste & mix well. Mix all the ingredients. Spread oil on both palms & on the rolling pan. Take some amount of potato mixture & spread oil all over it. Roll it against the pan & give shape. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add one by one all potato smiley & fry until done from inside out.
