SUPER TASTY & DELICIOUS PRAWNS BIRYANI || PRAWNS BIRYANI || SIMPLE & EASY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Cook by adding salt to taste & dry spices)
  2. Prawns - 1 kg (Deshell & Deskin)
  3. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced & Fried)
  4. Onion - 2 Big (Grind into a fine paste)
  5. Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped)
  6. Curd - 1 cup
  7. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Red Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
  11. Garam masala powder  -1/2 tbsp
  12. Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
  13. Lemon - 2
  14. Green Chilli - 4-5
  15. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  16. Mint Leaves - Few (Chopped)
  17. Cashews - 6-7
  18. Dry Spices: Bay Leaf - 1, Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp, Shah Zeera - 1 tsp, Star Anise - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cinnamon Stick - 1
  19. Oil -2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Put Vinegar in prawns & keep aside for 10 mins & wash with clean water.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi. Add all dry spices & saute.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add Grounded onion paste & saute.
  5. Add green chilli & saute.
  6. Add tomato & saute.
  7. Add all masala, salt to taste & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  8. Add curd & saute, cook on high flame.
  9. Add a few fried onion & saute.
  10. Add prawns & mix well. Cover & cook.
  11. After 5-6 mins, add green coriander & mint leaves.
  12. Turn off the flame to low, add lemon juice & mix well.
  13. Cover & cook on low flame for another 2-3 mins.
  14. Take a handi. Add Basmati Rice, layer it with rice, prawns masala, add green coriander, mint leaves, fried onions, cashews, add rice and repeat the process.
  15. Add orange food colour. Cover the lid with a cloth on low flame till 10-15 mins.
  16. Serve after 5 mins.
  17. Serve hot with onion raita.
