EPISODE # 353 SAFAR PAR LE JAANE KE LIYE BANAYE MAZEDAAR TUR KI KHATTI DAL JO 2 DIN TAK KHARAB NAHI HOGI  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Tur Dal - 1 Cup Tomatoes - 3 Big (Cut into cubes) Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Tamarind - 20 gms Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5-6 Curry Leaves - Few Garlic Cloves - 5-6 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp FOR TEMPERING: Ghee - 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp Garlic Cloves - 4-5 (Chopped) Whole Dry Chillies - 3-4 Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Dal Masala - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a pressure cooker, add all ingredients (1-9) & add 1 glass of water. Put the lid & bring it on full pressure & boil it. Take a bowl, separate a little portion of dal from the other ingredients. With the help of the back of the ladle, mix all the ingredients. EPISODE # 351 ARBI KE PATTON KI VADI || BANAYE MAZEDAAR ALU VADI EK TWIST KE SAATH || SNACKS RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  15-20 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Taro root Leaves - 20-22 (Cut out large & fat veins) Gram Flour - 1 Cup Rice Flour - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp Tamarind - Less than a handful (Soak it in warm water, squeeze pulp) Jaggery - Small Piece Oil - For Frying FOR TEMPERING: Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Curry Leaves - Few Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tsp METHOD: Mix jaggery with tamarind pulp. EPISODE # 350 ALOO GOBHI AUR SHIMLA MIRCH KI SABJI || SABJI RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Cabbage - 1/2 (Sliced) Capsicum - 4 (Sliced) Onion - 1 (Sliced) Potato - 2 (Cut into cubes) Green Chillies - 4 (Chopped & Slited) Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp Curry Leaves - Few Green Coriander - Few Salt - To Taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds & saute. Add mustard seeds & saute. Add curry leaves & saute. Add onion & saute. After 1 min, add potato & saute. Add turmeric powder & mix well. Add cabbage, capsicum & mix well, cook on low flame. After 2-3 mins, add salt & mix well. Add green coriander, cook for another 2 mins. Serve hot. Heat a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute. After 1 of sauteing, add grounded powder & saute. After 2-3 mins, add all the ingredients except for garam masala powder & saute. Add garam masala powder & saute. Add 1/2 glass of water & mix well. EPISODE # 347 SAFAR PAR LE JAANE KE LIYE BANAYE MAZEDAAR CHICKEN DUM KEEMA JO 2 DIN TAK KHARAB NAHI HOGA  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into small cubes) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Salt - To Taste Onion - 1 Green Chilli - 2 Green Coriander - Few METHOD: Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1 to 7) & mix well. Take a jar, add mixed chicken pieces & grind well. Add the rest ingredients (8 to 10) & grind well. Mix once again. Heat a pan, add a glass of water & bring it to a boiling point. Add grounded chicken, add green chilli & mix well. Add oil, put the lid & cook. Cover & cook. After 10-15 mins of sauteing, on low flame saute for another 2-3 mins.
