INGREDIENTS:
  1. Green Coriander - 1 Bunch
  2. Gram Flour - 1 Cup
  3. Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Green Chilli Paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  10. Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Mix gram & rice flour together. Add water & mix well. Prepare the batter lump-free.
  2. Heat oil - 1 tbsp in a karahi. Add mustard seeds & saute.
  3. Add asafoetida & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add turmeric powder & mix well. Add the rest ingredients & saute. Add green coriander & mix well.
  5. Add the batter & mix well. Continuously stir & cook. Cook on medium-low flame & stir.
  6. After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame & cook for another 1 min.
  7. Take a plate, put the mixture & press it against the plate.
  8. Garnish with poppy seeds & sesame seeds. Let it cool down at room temperature. Cut it into small cubes.
  9. Heat oil in a karahi. Put the wadi cubes one by one in the hot oil & let it fry.
  10. Serve hot.
