EPISODE # 71 SPICY & CRISPY PRAWNS FRY || FISH RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Prawns - 250gms Green Chili & Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Crushed) Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp Lemon - 1/2 Salt - to taste Oil - for frying FOR COATING: Rice Flour - 2 tbsp Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp Carom seeds - 1 Pinch METHOD: Take a bowl. Add all ingredients in prawns & mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate. Mix rice flour, bread crumbs, carom seeds & keep aside. Coat the prawns with the coating & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put prawns one by one & fry until golden brown. Gently flip& fry on low flame. Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney. EPISODE # 70 GAJAR AUR DUDHI KA HALWA || CARROT & BOTTLE GOURD HALWA RECIPE PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Carrot - 1 Kg (Grated) Bottle gourd - 1 Kg (Grated) Sugar - 300 gms Fresh Cream - 1 Cup Milk - 1/2 Cup Kewra essence - few drops Orange food color - 1 Pinch Dry fruits - 1 Cup (Chopped) Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Stick - 1/3 Green Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 3 Ghee - 1/2 Spoon METHOD: Wash & peel carrot & bottle gourd & grate them. Mix both well. Add milk & fresh cream & mix. Put it in a cooker & boil for 3-4 mins. Heat Ghee in a cooking pot. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, dry fruits & saute. Add cardamom powder & saute. Add boiled bottle gourd & carrot & saute. After 2-3 mins add sugar & stir well. Add orange food color & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame. Stir occasionally. EPISODE # 68 TANDOORI CHICKEN FRY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: FIRST MARINATION: Chicken - 1 1/2 kg White vinegar - 2 tsp Ginger - 1/4 tsp Salt - to taste SECOND MARINATION: Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Tandoori chicken powder - 1 tsp Tomato red food color - 1 Pinch Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi - 1 tsp Curd - 1 Cup Corn flour - 1 tbsp Lemon - 1 Salt - to taste Oil - For frying METHOD: Take a bowl. Add the first marination in the chicken & mix well. Cover & keep for 1 hr to marinate. Take a bowl. Mix all the second marination. Coat the chicken with the batter & keep aside for 1/2 hr for marination. Add cornflour & mix well in the chicken & keep aside. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put chicken one by one & fry till golden brown or fully done inside out. Sprinkle chat masala & spread butter on the chicken. Serve hot wit
