EPISODE # 37 INSTANT CHICKEN MASALA || CHICKEN MASALA BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS - 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 1/2 kg Onion - 1/2 (Sliced) Dry coconut powder - 1 1/2 tbsp Black pepper - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Green chilli - 2 Green coriander Salt - To taste Oil - 1 Cup METHOD: Take a cooker. add all ingredients with little water, mix well. Close the cooker & cook for 6-7 mins on high flame. If it has excess water then simmer for 2-3 mins. Serve hot with naan, paratha, plain rice. EPISODE # 35 CHICKEN KA ACHAAR || ACHAAR RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg (Cubes) Green Chillies - 6-7 (Slit & take out seeds) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp Achar Masala - 1 tbsp White Vinegar - 3 tbsp Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp Dry Red Chillies - 2 Garlic Cloves - 10 - 12 Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Carom seeds - 2 Pinch Nigella seeds - 2 Pinch Salt - To Taste Oil - 250 gms METHOD: Take a bowl. Add Chicken, all dry masalas, salt & mix well. Keep aside for 1 1/2 hr for marination. Take a plate, add Fennel, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, dry roast & grind them in fine powder. EPISODE # 34 PRAWNS & POTATO KABAB || kABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 3 - 4 INGREDIENTS: Prawns - 250 gms Potato - 2 Big Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 - 3 (Chopped) Dark Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp Chat Masala - 1 tsp Egg - 1 Lemon - 1 Salt - To Taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Boil Prawns & keep aside. Mash Potatoes with a fork. Take a mixer jar add prawns & grind for once. Take a bowl. Add ground prawns, mashed potatoes, all ingredients except for Oil & Egg & mix. Take an equal amount of mixture, press against your hands, & give them shape. Let them rest for about 5-6 mins at room temperature. Till then beat an egg. Heat oil in a pan, Coat Prawns Kabab with egg & place one by one in Oil, gently flip & let fry till golden brown. Serve hot at tea time. EPISODE # 33 DAL PALAK || DAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVING: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Spinach Leaves - 10-12 (Chopped) Masoor Dal - 250 gms Tomato - 2 Big (Cubes) Onion -1/2 Small (Cubes) Tamarind - 5 gms Green Chilli - 10-12 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - To Taste Green Coriander Oil - 1 Spoon FOR TEMPERING:  Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Mustard & Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Onion - 1 Small (Sliced) Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat a cooking pot. Add Masoor dal & water (Water should be more than masoor dal). Add Onion, Tomato, Green chilli, Green Coriander, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Cover & Cook. Add Tamarind, Spinach, Green Coriander, Salt, Oil 1 spoon & mix. Add a glass of water, cover & cook for about 15-20 mins on low flame. Heat Oil 1 Spoon & add the tempering & saute until the onion turns golden brown. Add Dal, cover & cook for about 5 Mins. Serve hot with Plain Rice, Roti, Pa
