EPISODE # 73 MUTTON SHAMI KABAB || STARTER RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Mutton - 1/2 kg Chana Dal - 1 Cup Onion - 1 small (Finely chopped) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Dry coconut powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Oil - for frying METHOD: Mix all ingredients in mutton. Take a cooker, add mutton, 1/2 glass of water & close the lid & bring the cooker to full pressure on high heat for 6-7 whistles. Take it out on a plate & let it cool to room temperature. Take a mixer jar. Add the boiled mutton & grind into a fine paste. Add Egg to the mixture & mix well. Give shape to the kabab & keep aside. Let it dry at room temperature for 15-20 mins. Heat oil in a pan. Put kababs one by one & gently flip & fry till golden brown. Serve hot with dal & rice etc.

EPISODE # 72 SIGAT KI PHALLI AUR GOSHT KA SALAN || DRUMSTICK & MUTTON CURRY PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Mutton - 1/2 kg Drumstick - 4 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 3 tbsp Dry coconut powder - 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped) Tamarind - 10 gms (Soaked in water for 15 mins) Green coriander - 1/2 cup Salt - to taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Take a cooker. Add mutton, onion, salt to taste, turmeric powder & saute. Add oil after 5 min. Add all other ingredients & saute. After 5-6  mins add a glass of water. Close the cooker & bring to full pressure on high heat & cook for 10 mins. Add drumstick & tamarind water & mix well. Add green coriander & mix well. Add a glass of water, salt to taste. Close cooker & bring to full pressure on high heat till 1 whistle. Serve hot with plain ric
