SIGAT KI PHALLI AUR GOSHT KA SALAN || DRUMSTICK & MUTTON CURRY


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 5-6
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton - 1/2 kg
  2. Drumstick - 4
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
  6. Dry coconut powder - 3 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  8. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  9. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
  10. Tamarind - 10 gms (Soaked in water for 15 mins)
  11. Green coriander - 1/2 cup
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker. Add mutton, onion, salt to taste, turmeric powder & saute.
  2. Add oil after 5 min.
  3. Add all other ingredients & saute.
  4. After 5-6  mins add a glass of water. Close the cooker & bring to full pressure on high heat & cook for 10 mins.
  5. Add drumstick & tamarind water & mix well.
  6. Add green coriander & mix well. Add a glass of water, salt to taste. Close cooker & bring to full pressure on high heat till 1 whistle.
  7. Serve hot with plain rice.
