EPISODE # 363 CHICKEN CRISPY WINGS IN A SIMPLE & EASY WAY || CHICKEN RECIPES || CHICKEN CRISPY WINSG  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 2-3 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Wings - 7 (Apply Vinegar & keep it aside for 10 mins) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp Lemon - 1/2 Salt - To Taste Egg - 1 Bread Crumbs - As required Oil - For Shallow Frying METHOD: Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-7) & mix well. Cover & keep aside for 30 mins for marination. After 30 mins, add an egg in it, mix well & keep it aside. Take a plate, add bread crumbs, take a wing, coat with the bread crumbs & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put wings one by one in hot oil & let them fry on medium-low flame till it turns golden brown. SUJI KI PURI, RAGADA, TEEKHA AUR MEETHA PANI || PANI PURI RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: FOR PURI: Semolina - 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp Salt - To Taste or 1 Pinch Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a bowl, add semolina, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well. Add lukewarm water & knead a little dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins. After 10 mins, knead for once, divide into 2 equal parts. Make a small dough piece. Add oil - 1 tbsp & all-purpose flour - 1 tsp on dough pieces & toss it. Take a dough piece, roll against both palms, roll on the rolling board & give shape. Heat oil in a karahi. Put puri together or one by one & let it fry till done inside out. Store it in an air-tight container.
