EPISODE # 55 FRENCH BEANS KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: French beans - 1/2 kg Potatoes - 4 (Cut in cubes) Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Bengal gram - 1 tbsp Crushed Peanuts - 2 tbsp Grated Coconut - 1 Cup Garlic cloves - 6-7 (Crushed) Ginger - Small inch (Crushed) Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few leaves Green coriander - 1/2 Cup Salt - to taste Oil - 1/2 Cup METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds, Bengal gram & saute. Add peanuts & saute. Add onion & saute. Add crushed ginger & garlic & saute. Add potatoes & saute. Add french beans, cover & cook on low flame. EPISODE # 53 MULI KI SABZI WITH CHICKEN BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 05 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 250 gms Radish - 2 Bunch (Chopped) Onion - 1/2 Small Tomato - 1/2 Small Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Garlic cloves - 4-5 (Crushed) Green chilli - 4-5 (Crushed) Green coriander - 1/2 cup Salt - to taste Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon METHOD: Heat a cooker. Add Chicken, turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute. Add oil & mix. Add crushed green chilli & garlic cloves. Add tomato & saute. Add radish & saute. Put the lid on for 2-3 mins. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & cook till 2-3 whistles. EPISODE # 52 COCONUT CHUTNEY CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 30-35 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Pieces - 1 kg Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Tomato - 2 Big  Coconut - 1/2 (Sliced) Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Green chilli - 10-12 Green coriander - 1/2 Cup Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup Bay leaf - 1 Cumin seeds - 2 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Ghee - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Marinate the Chicken with Vinegar for 15-20 mins & wash thoroughly. Take a mixer jar. Add Coconut & grind with a little water in a paste. Add Green chilli, cumin seeds, black pepper, mint & coriander leaves & grind them into a fine paste.
