EPISODE # 27 CHICKEN KEEMA MASALA || KEEMA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins SERVING: 5 INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken - 250 gms (Small Cubes) Onion - 2 Big (Sliced) Tomatoes - 2 Big (Cubes) Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Curd - 2 tbsp Green Chillies - 2 Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp Cashews - 1 Cup Mint Leaves for garnishing Green Coriander Salt - To taste Black Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Bay Leaf - 2 Cloves - 2 Black Pepper - 8-10 Cinnamon Stick - 1 Cardamom - 1  Oil - 2 Spoon Vanaspati ghee - 1 Spoon  METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & partially grind it. Add Water 2 tbsp on Chicken Mince & keep aside. Take the same jar & add tomatoes to make the puree. Heat a cooker. Add Oil & Vanaspati Ghee. Add all spices & Black cumin seeds. Add Onion, after that add low the flame

EPISODE # 24 GREEN CHILLI CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins COOKING TIME: 30-35 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Chicken (Cut into small pieces) - 500 gms Onion - 1 Large Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp Green Chillies - 20-25 Green Coriander - 1 Cup Salt To Taste Oil - 2 Spoon  METHOD: Grind 4-5 green chillies, onion & green coriander. Mix grounded paste in chicken. Marinade chicken for 30 mins. Heat oil in Karahi. Add green chillies, cumin seeds & saute. Now add the marinated chicken. Mix well. Add dry masalas & stir occasionally. Cook till the chicken gets tender & oil separates. Now add hot water, mix well. Cook for 10-15 mins. Serve hot. EPISODE # 23 RAW MANGO CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins SERVING: 5 - 6 INGREDIENTS: Raw mango (Cut in small pieces) - 2 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Salt To Taste FOR TEMPERING: Garlic Cloves - 6-7 Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2  METHOD: In a mixer jar, add Raw mangoes, 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder. Grind for 1-2 mins. Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin & Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Whole Dry Red Chillies & Garlic Cloves. Saute for about 2-3 mins. After 2-3 mins add grounded paste. Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt To taste. Mix well. EPISODE # 22 SPICY PRAWNS TAWA FRY || PRAWNS FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4 INGREDIENTS: Prawns shelled & de-veined - 250 gms Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 Pinch Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Cashew nuts - 10-15 salt to taste Oil - 2 tbsp METHOD: Add Prawns, all dry masalas in a bowl, mix well & leave to marinate for about 30 Mins. Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp Oil and heat. Put marinated Prawns. Shallow Fry till Golden Brown. Add cashew nuts. Serve Hot. Garnish with Green Coriander. EPISODE # 21 TASTY DRUMSTICK & POTATO CURRY || VEG RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD || PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Drumsticks - 3-4 (Cut into 1.5inch) Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes) Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)  Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped) Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Green coriander leaves - 1 Cup Salt - To taste Curd - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes get pulpy. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder, and salt mix well. Add potatoes and drumsticks mix well. Add a glass of water & close the cooker. Cook until the 2-3 whistle. Remove cooker from heat. EPISODE # 20 RAW MANGO PICKLE || ACHAAR RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD  PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME:  10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Raw Mango - 500 gms (Cut into small pieces) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp Salt - To Taste Mustard Oil - 50 gms Sunflower Oil - 50 gms FOR TEMPERING: Garlic Cloves - 10-15 Whole Red Chillies - 6-7 Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig Asafoetida - 1 Pinch METHOD: Roast Mustard & Fenugreek Seeds & Grind in a fine powder. Add Turmeric, Red Chilli, Mustard & Fenugreek Seeds powder, Salt in Raw mangoes. Keep aside. Heat Mustard Oil at smoking point. Add Sunflower Oil & heat. Add Garlic Cloves, Curry Leaves, Whole Red Chillies & Asafoetida. Cool the Tempering & add into the pickle. Fill pickle in the jar. Keep the jar under sunlight for 8-10 days.
