SPICY PRAWNS TAWA FRY || PRAWNS FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Prawns shelled & de-veined - 250 gms
  2. Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - 1 Pinch
  7. Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  8. Cashew nuts - 10-15
  9. salt to taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Add Prawns, all dry masalas in a bowl, mix well & leave to marinate for about 30 Mins.
  2. Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp Oil and heat. Put marinated Prawns.
  3. Shallow Fry till Golden Brown. Add cashew nuts.
  4. Serve Hot. Garnish with Green Coriander.
