SPICY PRAWNS TAWA FRY || PRAWNS FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- Prawns shelled & de-veined - 250 gms
- Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Pinch
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 10-15
- salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Add Prawns, all dry masalas in a bowl, mix well & leave to marinate for about 30 Mins.
- Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp Oil and heat. Put marinated Prawns.
- Shallow Fry till Golden Brown. Add cashew nuts.
- Serve Hot. Garnish with Green Coriander.
