EPISODE # 184 TANDOORI CHICKEN WITHOUT OVEN OR TANDOOR || TANDOORI CHICKEN ON PAN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 1 Kg (Small & deep cuts) Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Tomato red food color - 1/4 tsp Curd - 1 cup Lemon - 1/2 Charcoal - 1-2 Salt - to taste Butter - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl. Add curd & strain it, remove excess water. Take a bowl, add chicken, all masalas, salt to taste & mix well. Add curd & mix well. Add lemon & mix well. Keep aside for 1 1/2 hr for marination in the refrigerator. Heat a pan. Add oil & butter. Put chicken one by one & cover & cook.  After 5 mins, turn chicken pieces. Put the lid & simmer. EPISODE # 183 SOUTH INDIAN MUTTON SALAN || MUTTON KORMA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg Onion - 2 Big (Sliced) Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced) Curd - 4 tbsp Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 4 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Carrom seeds - 1/4 tsp Green chilli - 2-3 Green coriander - few Salt - to taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a cooker. Add all spices & saute. Add onion & saute until golden brown. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste & saute. Add tomato & saute. Add all masala except for garam masala powder & carrom seeds. EPISODE # 181 DAL KE HALWE KI PURIYAN || CHANA DAL PURI || KHEER PURI RECIPE PREPARATION TIME: 20 Mins COOKING TIME: 25 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: FOR DAL HALWA: Chana dal - 1/2 kg Sugar - 300-350 gms Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Chopped dry fruit - as required Saffron - 1 pinch Ghee - 1 tbsp FOR DOUGH: All-purpose flour - 1/2 kg Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a cooker add dal & wash it. Add 2 glass of water, close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame & boil dal. Mash dal with the back of the ladle. Transfer dal to the cooking pot. Add sugar, mix & cook on low flame. Mix continuously until the sugar dissolves. Add green cardamom powder & mix. Add dry fruits, saffron & mix well. Add ghee & mix well. Take all-purpose flour, mix with water & prepare a dough.
