EPISODE # 208 RAGI, CHAVAL AUR BAJRE KI ROTI RECIPE || INDIAN FLATBREAD RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins 1. RAGI KI ROTI: INGREDIENTS: Ragi - 4 Spoon Wheat - 1 Spoon Salt - To taste METHOD: Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well, knead dough by adding water. Take some amount & roll in small balls. Dust some wheat flour on a rolling pan, take one dough ball & give the shape of a roti. Heat a pan. Put the rolled roti on it, cook it until fully cooked from inside-out. Serve hot with Gaur phalli aur aloo ki sabzi, Tomato & mint chutney & Lehsun ki chutney. 2. CHAVAL KI ROTI: INGREDIENTS: Rice - 1 Cup Rice Flour - 3 Spoons Salt - to taste METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add cooked rice & grind finely or until it gets sticky. Transfer it into a bowl. Add salt to taste. Add rice flour occasionally & knead the dough. Dust some flour on the rolling pan & knead for few seconds.

EPISODE # 207 NAYE TARIKE SE BANAYE PHUL GOBHI AUR ALOO KI SABZI || VEG SABZI  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15-20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Cauliflower - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces) Potatoes - 3-4 (Cut into small cubes) Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Kasoori meethi - 1 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Green Chilli - 3-4 (Chopped) Green Coriander - 3-4 (Chopped) Curry leaves - Few Salt - to taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Take a bowl, add cauliflower, salt to taste & soak in water. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion & saute. Add green chilli & saute. Add potatoes & mix well. After 2-3 mins, add cauliflower & mix well. Add Turmeric powder, cover & cook on low flame. Stir occasionally. After 5 mins, add salt to taste. Add Curd & mix well. Turn the flame to high, add green coriander & mix well. Cover

EPISODE # 206 MIRCHI KE PAKORE || MONSOON SPECIAL MIRCHI PAKORE IN SIMPLE & EASY WAY  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15-20 Mins COOKING TIME:  15-20 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Long Green Chillies - as required Gram Flour - 6 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala - 1 tsp Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Salt - to taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Slit long chillies, squeeze lemon juice & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well. Take a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala & mix well. Add carrom seeds, soda bi-carb with a little water & mix well. Add green coriander & mix well. Add cumin seeds & mix well. Heat oil in a karahi. Coat chillies in batter & put it in hot oil & fry until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup of your choice. EPISODE # 202 NAYE TARIKE SE BANAYIYE MAZEDAR DAHI PAKORA KADI || DAHI KI KADI || UNIQUE RECIPE PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  25-30 Mins SERVINGS: 6-7 INGREDIENTS: Curd - 400 gms Gram Flour - 2-3 tbsp Onion - 1/2 Small (Chopped) Tomato - 1/2 Small (Chopped) Tamarind - 5 gms Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp Green chili - 8-10 & Green Coriander - Few (Grinded) Salt - To taste Oil - 1 Spoon FOR TEMPERING: Garlic Cloves - 5-6 (Chopped) Curry Leaves - Few Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp Dry Red chilli - 1 Asafoetida - 1 Pinch FOR PAKORA: Onion - 2 Big (Chopped) Gram Flour - 6-7 tbsp Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp Soda Bi-carb - 1/4 tsp Green chili - 2 (Chopped) Green Coriander - Few Salt - To taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a vessel & curd & beat well with the back of the ladle.

EPISODE # 201 खजूर और अंजीर के लड्ड || KHAJOOR AUR ANJEER KE LADOO || DATES & DRY FIGS LADDU PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins INGREDIENTS: Dates - 1/2 Kg (Deseed) Dry Figs - (Soaked in milk for 30-35 mins) Dry Fruits - as required (Almonds, Cashewnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts, Raisins, all Coarsely grounded except for Raisins) Milk - 1/2 glass (If required) Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp METHOD: Heat ghee in a pan. Add green cardamom powder. Add dates & saute. Add soaked figs with milk & mix well. Put the lid & cook on low flame. Add 1/2 glass of milk & mix well. Add sugar & mix. Add desiccated coconut & mix well.  Add coarsely grounded dry fruits & mix well. Turn the flame off & keep aside to cool down at room temperature. Make laddu when the mixture is lukewarm. Take some amount on palm & give shape. Coat with desiccated coconut & place cashew on top & keep aside.
