MIRCHI KE PAKORE || MONSOON SPECIAL MIRCHI PAKORE IN SIMPLE & EASY WAY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Long Green Chillies - as required
  2. Gram Flour - 6 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  5. Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  6. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  7. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Slit long chillies, squeeze lemon juice & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well.
  2. Take a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala & mix well.
  3. Add carrom seeds, soda bi-carb with a little water & mix well.
  4. Add green coriander & mix well. Add cumin seeds & mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi.
  6. Coat chillies in batter & put it in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup of your choice.
