MIRCHI KE PAKORE || MONSOON SPECIAL MIRCHI PAKORE IN SIMPLE & EASY WAY BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Long Green Chillies - as required
- Gram Flour - 6 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Slit long chillies, squeeze lemon juice & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well.
- Take a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala & mix well.
- Add carrom seeds, soda bi-carb with a little water & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Add cumin seeds & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi.
- Coat chillies in batter & put it in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup of your choice.
