EPISODE # 335 MERE BATAYE HUI TIPS KE SAATH BANAYE CHOTI MEETHI KI SABJI KADVI NAHI LAGEGI  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Small Fenugreek Leaves - 10-12 Bunch Green Chilli - 4-5 Garlic Cloves - 6-7 Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Potato - 1 (Cut into small cubes) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat water in an earthen pot, boil for some time & throw away the water. Heat oil in the same pot. Add cumin seeds & saute. Add crushed green chilli & saute. Add onion & saute. Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well. Add potatoes & mix well. Put the lid & cook on medium-low flame. Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on high flame. After 5-7 mins, turn off the flame. EPISODE # 334 HOW TO MAKE TOMATO KETCHUP AT HOME || KETCHUP RECIPE   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes - 1/2 Kg Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 5 tbsp White Vinegar - Less than 1/4 Cup METHOD: Take the pressure, add tomatoes, add 1/2 cup of water. Place the lid & bring cooker on full pressure & cook until 3-4 whistles, let it cool down at room temperature. Take a mixer jar, add boiled tomatoes & blend into a puree. Take a bowl, a strainer, add puree & sieve it. Heat a pan, add puree & mix well. Add tamarind pulp, red chilli powder, Kashmiri lal mirch & mix well. On a low flame, add sugar & mix well. When it gets a little thick, add white vinegar & mix well. Once it gets thick, turn off the flame & let it cool down at room temperature. Transfer it into a container & store it in a refrige

EPISODE # 332 PALAK DAL MASALA VADA RECIPE || VADA RECIPES || SNACKS RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  4-5 INGREDIENTS: Chana Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight) Spinach - 1 Bunch (Soaked) Onion - 1 (Sliced) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - 6-7 Soda Bi-carb - Less than 1/4 tsp Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar, add chana dal, green chilli coarsely grind it. Take a bowl, transfer grounded dal into it. Add all ingredients (4-6,2-3) mix well. Put the lid, keep aside to rest 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hour, mix it well for once. Add salt, soda bi-carb & mix well. Heat oil in a karahi for frying, take some mixture, roll & press against the palms & give shape. Put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown. Serve hot.
