MERE BATAYE HUI TIPS KE SAATH BANAYE CHOTI MEETHI KI SABJI KADVI NAHI LAGEGI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Small Fenugreek Leaves - 10-12 Bunch
- Green Chilli - 4-5
- Garlic Cloves - 6-7
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Potato - 1 (Cut into small cubes)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Desiccated Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat water in an earthen pot, boil for some time & throw away the water.
- Heat oil in the same pot. Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add crushed green chilli & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well.
- Add potatoes & mix well. Put the lid & cook on medium-low flame.
- Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on high flame. After 5-7 mins, turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with roti, rice etc.
