MERE BATAYE HUI TIPS KE SAATH BANAYE CHOTI MEETHI KI SABJI KADVI NAHI LAGEGI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Small Fenugreek Leaves - 10-12 Bunch
  2. Green Chilli - 4-5
  3. Garlic Cloves - 6-7
  4. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Potato - 1 (Cut into small cubes)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  7. Desiccated Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat water in an earthen pot, boil for some time & throw away the water.
  2. Heat oil in the same pot. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add crushed green chilli & saute.
  4. Add onion & saute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well.
  6. Add potatoes & mix well. Put the lid & cook on medium-low flame.
  7. Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on high flame. After 5-7 mins, turn off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with roti, rice etc.
