CHICKEN CHEESE ROLL || CHICKEN ROLLS || RAMZAN SPECIAL RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

FOR MARINATION:
  1. Chicken Breasts - 3 (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Curd - 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  7. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  8. Salt - To Taste
  9. Oil - 1 tbsp
FOR CHICKEN ROLL:
  1. Bread Slices - As required
  2. Capsicum - 1 (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
  4. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
  5. Cheese - As required (Grated)
  6. Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
  7. Eggs - 2
  8. Milk - For Spreading
  9. Bread Crumbs - For Coating
  10. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. FOR MARINATION: Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well. Add chicken pieces & mix well. Add oil & mix well. Cover & keep aside for 25-30 mins for marination.
  2. Heat a pan, add marinated chicken pieces, cover & cook. Turn the chicken pieces to another side, cover & let it cook. Turn the flame to low & cook. Turn off the flame, keep aside & let it cool down at room temperature.
  3. FOR CHICKEN ROLL: Cut chicken into small pieces, add capsicum, tomato, onion, cheese, eggs, red chilli flakes & beat well together.
  4. Cut the edges of bread slices, roll flat the bread with a rolling pin. Spread some milk on it. Place chicken, onion, capsicum, tomato, cheese & roll the bread.
  5. Dip it in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil for frying in a pan. Put roll one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, pudiney ki chutney.
