EPISODE # 49 KALAKAND PUFF || SWEETS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 M ins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Kalakand - 5 Samosa Patti - as required  Green cardamom - 1 Pinch Kewda essence - 2-3 drops Dry fruits - 1/2 cup (Chopped) Refined Flour - as required Oil - For Frying METHOD: Cover samosa Patti with a muslin cloth & keep aside. Take a bowl, put kalakand & mash it with a fork. Add Green cardamom powder, kewda essence, dry fruits & mix well. Take Refined flour & water & mix together in a paste. Take 2 Patti & keep it as shown in the video. Double the Patti, place some kalakand mixture, spread the paste on edges, and close it. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put one by one puff in oil & let fry till golden brown on low flame.
