EPISODE # 374 BAIGAN KA BHARTA || ROASTED EGGPLANT ||  बैंगन का भरता रेसिपी | बैंगन का भर्ता कैसे बनाते हैं   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Eggplant - 2 Tomato - 2 Green Chilli - 3 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp4 Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Nigella Seeds - 1 tsp Ginger - 1 Small Piece (Crushed) Salt - To Taste Mustard Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Pork a fork in the eggplant. Spread oil on the eggplant. Put the eggplant on flame & roast it. In the same way, roast tomatoes & green chillies. Take a bowl, add water & put the roasted eggplant in it for 5 mins. Take out the burned skin of the veggies. After 5 mins. Peel out the skin of eggplants. Place a chopping board, chop tomatoes, green chillies & eggplant finely. Heat a handi. EPISODE # 373 SARDIYON MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR PHUL GOBHI KA ACHAR JISE MAHINO TAK STORE KARKE KHA SAKTE HO  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins INGREDIENTS: Cauliflower - 1 Small (Cut into small pieces) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tbsp Salt - To Taste Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp Whole Dry Red Chillies - 7-8 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Nigella Seeds - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp Salt - To Taste Mustard Oil - 1 Cup Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch Vinegar - 1/4 Cup METHOD: Take a vessel, add water & boil it. Add salt, turmeric powder, cauliflower & mix well. When the water starts boiling, add vinegar & mix well. Turn off the flame. Drain water & separate cauliflower. Take a thal, spread the cauliflower on it. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours, until it cools down

EPISODE # 372 ALOO BHINDI RECIPE || BHINDI ALOO RECIPE || VEG RECIPES || OKRA RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 20 Mins SERVINGS: 2-3 INGREDIENTS: Lady Fingers - 1/2 Kg (Wash it, wipe it with a cloth, dry it & cut into small pieces) Potatoes - 3 (Cut into small pieces) Onion - 1 (12 - Chopped & 1/2 - Sliced) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Mongo/Amchur Powder - 1/4 tsp Green Chillies - 3 (Slited) Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch Curry Leaves - Few Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat a pan, add oil, add potatoes & shallow fry them. Add all ingredients (11-14) & saute. Add onion & saute. After a min, add green chillli & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute. Add lady fingers & saute for a min

EPISODE # 371 KAMAR DARD, JODON KA DARD, SAR DARD SABHI SE CHUTKARA DE YE GOND KE LADDU || LADDU RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour - 2 Cups Sugar - 1 Cup (Grind into a fine powder) Edible Gum - 50-100 gms Desiccated Coconut - 50 gms Almonds, Cashews, Raisins - 50 gms Ghee - 2 Spoon METHOD: Heat a karahi, add ghee - 1 spoon. Add edible gum, stir fry & take it out. Add almonds, cashews, stir fry & take it out. Add raisins, stir fry & take it out. Add desiccated coconut & stir fry. Saute on low flame. Crush edible gum & keep it aside. Grind the nuts & keep them aside. Heat a karahi, add ghee - 1 spoon. Add wheat flour & saute. When the flour turns light golden brown, turn off the flame. Add edible gum to it & mix well. Add raisins & mix well. Add grounded nuts & mix well. On a low flame, add powdered sugar & mix well. After 2-3 mins, turn off
