SARDIYON MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR PHUL GOBHI KA ACHAR JISE MAHINO TAK STORE KARKE KHA SAKTE HO BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cauliflower - 1 Small (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  4. Salt - To Taste
  5. Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
  6. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
  9. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  10. Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  11. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 7-8
  12. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  14. Nigella Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  15. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  16. Salt - To Taste
  17. Mustard Oil - 1 Cup
  18. Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch
  19. Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel, add water & boil it.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, cauliflower & mix well.
  3. When the water starts boiling, add vinegar & mix well. Turn off the flame.
  4. Drain water & separate cauliflower. Take a thal, spread the cauliflower on it. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours, until it cools down at room temperature.
  5. Take a plate, add all ingredients (5-10). Heat a pan, add all ingredients & saute it.
  6. After a min of sauteing, add whole dry red chillies & saute. Let it cool down at room temperature.
  7. Take a mixture jar, add all the ingredients & finely grind it.
  8. Take a bowl, add the grounded powder, all ingredients (12-16) & mix well.
  9. Heat oil till smoking point & let it cool down at room temperature.
  10. Take a bowl, add cauliflower, grounded masala & mix well.
  11. Add cumin seeds, vinegar & mix well.
  12. Add mustard oil & mix well. Keep it under sunlight for 6-7 days.
