SARDIYON MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR PHUL GOBHI KA ACHAR JISE MAHINO TAK STORE KARKE KHA SAKTE HO BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Cauliflower - 1 Small (Cut into small pieces)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Whole Dry Red Chillies - 7-8
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Mustard Oil - 1 Cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
- Take a vessel, add water & boil it.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, cauliflower & mix well.
- When the water starts boiling, add vinegar & mix well. Turn off the flame.
- Drain water & separate cauliflower. Take a thal, spread the cauliflower on it. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours, until it cools down at room temperature.
- Take a plate, add all ingredients (5-10). Heat a pan, add all ingredients & saute it.
- After a min of sauteing, add whole dry red chillies & saute. Let it cool down at room temperature.
- Take a mixture jar, add all the ingredients & finely grind it.
- Take a bowl, add the grounded powder, all ingredients (12-16) & mix well.
- Heat oil till smoking point & let it cool down at room temperature.
- Take a bowl, add cauliflower, grounded masala & mix well.
- Add cumin seeds, vinegar & mix well.
- Add mustard oil & mix well. Keep it under sunlight for 6-7 days.
