CHINA GRASS || GHAAS KA HALWA || AGAR AGAR RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Milk - 1/2 ltr
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Dry Fruits - as required
- Take a bowl, add china grass & soak it in water.
- Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar & milk.
- Heat another vessel, soak china grass in another water & add it in the vessel. Cook until it dissolves.
- Add dissolved china grass in the boiling milk & turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins.
- Take an open plate, & add china grass & milk in it, keep aside to rest & set at room temperature.
- Add dry fruits & keep aside. Once it gets set, keep it in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled. Cut it & take out.
