CHINA GRASS || GHAAS KA HALWA || AGAR AGAR RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk - 1/2 ltr
  2. Sugar - 5 tbsp
  3. Dry Fruits - as required
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add china grass & soak it in water.
  2. Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar & milk.
  3. Heat another vessel, soak china grass in another water & add it in the vessel. Cook until it dissolves.
  4. Add dissolved china grass in the boiling milk & turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins.
  5. Take an open plate, & add china grass & milk in it, keep aside to rest & set at room temperature.
  6. Add dry fruits & keep aside. Once it gets set, keep it in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve chilled. Cut it & take out.
