EPISODE # 447 IDLI, DOSA KE SAATH KHAYE JAANE WALI CHUTNEY | MOONGPHALLI, KHOPRA, CHANA DAL CHUTNEY BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Peanuts - As Required Chana Dal - As Required Coconut - As Required Green Chillies - 10-12 Garlic Cloves - 8-10 Oil - 2 tbsp FOR TEMPERING: Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2 Curry Leaves - Few METHOD: Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-3) all the 3 in equal quantity. Take a pan, add oil. Add peanuts & saute on medium-low flame. After 1-2 mins, take it out. Add chana dal & saute. After 2 mins, add green chillies, garlic cloves & saute. After 1-2 mins, turn off the flame. Let it cool down at room temperature. Take a plate, add roasted peanuts, chana dal & keep aside.    EPISODE # 446 DHABA STYLE BHINDI MASALA GRAVY | BHINDI MASALA RECIPE | OKRA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped) Tomato - 1 (Make it into a puree) Curd - 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream - 1/3 cup or 2-3 tsp FOR COATING:  Lady Finger - 250 gms (Cut into medium sizes & slit) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Gram Flour - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1/2 Oil - 1 spoon FOR GRAVY:  Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Gram Flour - 1 tbsp Salt - To Taste Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - 1 tsp Green Coriander - Few Oil - 1 1/2 spoon METHOD: Take a bowl, add all the ingredients for gravy (1-7), a little water & mix well. EPISODE # 445 TEMPLE STYLE TAMARIND RICE | YUMMY TAMARIND RICE | PULIYODHARAI | RICE RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 20 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Rice - 2 cups (Let it cool down at room temperature) Tamarind - Handful (Soak it in water & take out the pulp) Chana Dal - 1 1/2 tsp Urad Dal - 1 tsp Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp Whole Dry Red Chillies - 3 Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1 Pinch Oil - 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder - Less than 1/2 tsp Peanuts - 1/2 cup or as required Chana Dal - 1 spoon Urad dal - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 4 (Slited) Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2-3 Curry Leaves - Few Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1 Pinch Oil - 1 tsp METHOD: Heat a pan. Add all the ingredients (3-5) & dry roast them. Add all the ingredients (6-9) one by one & saute. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind into a fine powder. Heat oil in a pan.
