EPISODE # 133 TOMATO MASALA RASAM || RASAM RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes - 4 Big (Cut into cubes) Onion - 1 Big (Cut into Cubes) Garlic cloves - 10-12 Tamarind - 10-15 gms Red chili powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - less than 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Dry coconut powder - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste FOR TEMPERING: Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few Dry whole red chillies - 1 Green coriander - few Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves & grind into a paste. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder, salt to taste & grind into a paste. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add the tempering & saute. Add the paste with little water, saute & cover & cook. Add water 1/2 glass & cover. Add tamarind water & 1 1/2 glass of water. Add green coriander, salt to taste

EPISODE # 132 MUTTON KACCHA KABAB FRY || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Mutton - 1/2 kg (Small cubes) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few Green chilli - 2 Salt - to taste Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl. Add mutton, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste, salt & mix well. Keep 1/2 hr for marination. Put in a cooker & cook till 3-4 whistles. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, green chilli, curry leaves & saute. Add boiled mutton & saute. Cover & cook. Cook mutton on low flame till it gets golden brown. EPISODE # 120 HYDERABADI KHICHDI || RICE RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins SERVINGS: 05 INGREDIENTS: Rice - 1 kg Moong Dal - 1 Cup Tomato - 2 Medium (Sliced) Onion - 1 Big (Sliced) Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Garam  masala powder - 1/4 tsp Green chilli - 2 (Slited) Bay leaf - 2 Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup Green coriander - 1/4 Cup Salt - To taste Ghee - 1/2 Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Soak Rice in water for 20-25 mins. Heat a pan. Put Moong dal & dry roast. Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooking pot. Add bay leaf & onion. Add Ginger Garlic paste. Add tomatoes, cover & saute.
