EPISODE # 212 CHINA GRASS || GHAAS KA HALWA || AGAR AGAR RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  10 Mins COOKING TIME:  15-20 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Milk - 1/2 ltr Sugar - 5 tbsp Dry Fruits - as required METHOD: Take a bowl, add china grass & soak it in water. Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar & milk. Heat another vessel, soak china grass in another water & add it in the vessel. Cook until it dissolves. Add dissolved china grass in the boiling milk & turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins. Take an open plate, & add china grass & milk in it, keep aside to rest & set at room temperature. Add dry fruits & keep aside. Once it gets set, keep it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
