CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB WITHOUT TANDOOR, OVEN & SEEKH || SEEKH KABAB RECIPE || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breasts - 3 (Cut into cubes) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp Coarsely grounded Coriander powder - 1 tsp Korma Masala - 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Roasted Gram flour - 1 tbsp Green Coriander - Few Mint Leaves - Few Salt - To taste Oil - For frying METHOD:  Coarsely grind chicken, transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well. Add roasted gram flour & mix well, keep aside in refrigerator to marinade. After 4-5 hrs, mix the mixture once again. Heat an Appe pan, add oil in each shape. Take some batter & put in each shape, place the lid & & cook. After 1-2 mins, add a little oil & turn them over. Let them cook from another side. EPISODE # 253 ISS TARAH SE BANAYE TASTY & SIMPLE RAWA MITHAI || SEMOLINA MITHAI || SWEETS RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Semolina - 1 Cup Milk - 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup Green Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Orange Food Colour - 1 Pinch Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup Ghee - 1 tsp METHOD: Heat semolina in a pan & saute on low flame for 5-6 mins. Add milk & mix well. Turn off the flame when semolina turns sticky. Transfer it to a plate. Add ghee & knead it into a dough. Add desiccated coconut (Save some for coating) & mix well.
