METHOD:
KYA APKE GHAR MEIN BACHE HUI CHAWAL KOI NAHI KHATA TOH ISS VIDEO KO ZAROOR DEKHIYE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Cooked Rice - 5 Cups
- Onion - 2 (Chopped)
- Grated Potato - 1
- Grated Carrot - 1
- Mustard & Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli - 4-5 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - 1/2
- Curry Leaves - 3-4 Sprig (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - Shallow Frying
- Add a little water in rice & coarsely grind it.
- Add all ingredients in the grounded rice, mix well all of them together.
- Spread water on both palms, take some mixture & press against both palms & give shape.
- Heat oil for shallow frying in a pan. Put one by one in the pan & let them fry until done inside out.
- Cover & cook on high flame.
- Serve hot.
