INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cooked Rice - 5 Cups
  2. Onion - 2 (Chopped)
  3. Grated Potato - 1
  4. Grated Carrot - 1
  5. Mustard & Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Green Chilli - 4-5 (Chopped)
  8. Green Coriander - 1/2
  9. Curry Leaves - 3-4 Sprig (Chopped)
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - Shallow Frying
    METHOD:
    1. Add a little water in rice & coarsely grind it.
    2. Add all ingredients in the grounded rice, mix well all of them together.
    3. Spread water on both palms, take some mixture & press against both palms & give shape.
    4. Heat oil for shallow frying in a pan. Put one by one in the pan & let them fry until done inside out.
    5. Cover & cook on high flame.
    6. Serve hot.
