Add lukewarm milk & mix well. Add water & knead the dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth, cover & keep aside for 30 mins. Knead the dough once again. Dust wheat flour on the rolling pin. Take an equal portion of dough & make dough rolls. Roll it on rolling pan & give shape. Spread ghee on it, dust some wheat flour & give shape as shown in the video. Cover with a dry cloth & keep aside for 30 mins. Spread oil on the dough roll, roll the dough on the pan & give shape. Heat a pan, put paratha on the pan. Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar & milk. Heat another vessel, soak china grass in another water & add it in the vessel. Cook until it dissolves. Add dissolved china grass in the boiling milk & turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins. Take an open plate, & add china grass & milk in it, keep aside to rest & set at room temperature. Add dry fruits & keep aside. Once it gets set, keep it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
