LACCHA PARATHA | PADAR WALA PARATHA  | MULTI-LAYERED FLAT INDIAN  BREAD RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cup
  2. Wheat Flour - 1/12 Cup
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Add lukewarm milk & mix well. Add water & knead the dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth, cover & keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Knead the dough once again.
  4. Dust wheat flour on the rolling pin. Take an equal portion of dough & make dough rolls.
  5. Roll it on rolling pan & give shape. Spread ghee on it, dust some wheat flour & give shape as shown in the video.
  6. Cover with a dry cloth & keep aside for 30 mins.
  7. Spread oil on the dough roll, roll the dough on the pan & give shape.
  8. Heat a pan, put paratha on the pan.
  9. Spread oil & turn to the other side, cook till done inside out.
  10. Serve hot with salan, korma, etc...
