LACCHA PARATHA | PADAR WALA PARATHA | MULTI-LAYERED FLAT INDIAN BREAD RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cup
- Wheat Flour - 1/12 Cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Add lukewarm milk & mix well. Add water & knead the dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth, cover & keep aside for 30 mins.
- Knead the dough once again.
- Dust wheat flour on the rolling pin. Take an equal portion of dough & make dough rolls.
- Roll it on rolling pan & give shape. Spread ghee on it, dust some wheat flour & give shape as shown in the video.
- Cover with a dry cloth & keep aside for 30 mins.
- Spread oil on the dough roll, roll the dough on the pan & give shape.
- Heat a pan, put paratha on the pan.
- Spread oil & turn to the other side, cook till done inside out.
- Serve hot with salan, korma, etc...
