EPISODE # 189 CHICKEN GRILL STICKS || CHICKEN SHASHLIK STICKS || HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN GRILL STICKS AT HOME || PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 1520 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken - 2 Breasts (Cut into cubes) Barbecue Sticks - as required Capsicum - 2 (Cut into cubes) Tomato - 1 (Cut into cubes) Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes) Dark Soya sauce - 1 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp White pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp White vinegar - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 Pinch Chinese Salt - 1 Pinch Salt - to taste Butter - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl. Add Chicken, all veggies, all ingredients, mix well, cover & keep aside for 1 - 1/2 hr to marinade. Take sticks. Put onion, chicken, capsicum, chicken, tomato, chicken & repeat until the stick is covered. Heat a grill pan. Grease oil. Put chicken sticks one by one & let fry on low flame. EPISODE # 187 CHICKEN SHAMI KABAB || SHAMI KABAB RECIPE || RAMZAN SPECIAL RECIPE PREPARATION TIME:  15-20 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into cubes) Chana dal - 1/2 Cup Onion - 1/2 (Chopped) Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Green chilli - 1 Green coriander - few Salt - to taste Onion - 1/2 (Chopped) Tomato - 1/2 (Deseed/chopped) Green coriander - Few Mint leaves - Few Egg - 1 Oil - for frying METHOD: Take a bowl. Add chicken, chana dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste. Add onion, garam masala powder, salt to taste. Add green chilli, green coriander & mix well. EPISODE #  186 EGG CHEESE TOAST || HOW TO MAKE EGG CHEESE TOAST || EGG SANDWICH BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  4-5 INGREDIENTS: Eggs - 4 Bread - as required Onion - 1 small (Chopped) Tomato - 1 small (Deseed & chopped) Capsicum - 1 small (Deseed & chopped) Milk - 2-3 tbsp Cheese - as required Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Corn flour - 1 tsp Green coriander - 1/4 Cup Green chilli & Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Sabzi masala powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Butter - 1/2 tsp Oil - 3-4 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl. Add eggs, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sabzi masala powder, green chilli & garlic paste, salt, corn flour & mix well. Add milk & mix well. Add veggies & mix well. Grate cheese & mix well. EPISODE # 185 बचे हुए चावलो से बनाये स्वादिष्ट चावल के  पापड़  || CHAWAL KE MASALA PAPAD  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 10-15   Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Cooked Rice - 1 Cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - Less than 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Carrom seeds - 1 tsp Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - for frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add cooked rice, little water & grind finely. Take a vessel. Add 2 glasses of water. Add all ingredients. Add soda bicarb & mix well. Add ground rice & mix well. There shouldn't be lumps in it. Cook the mixture on high flame. Cook the mixture until it starts boiling. Turn off the flame. Take some amount of mixture in a spoon spread it on the plastic & keep aside under sunlight until it dries. Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one, fry until done. Fry on medium-low flame.
