CHICKEN SHAMI KABAB || SHAMI KABAB RECIPE || RAMZAN SPECIAL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into cubes)
  2. Chana dal - 1/2 Cup
  3. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chilli - 1
  10. Green coriander - few
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  13. Tomato - 1/2 (Deseed/chopped)
  14. Green coriander - Few
  15. Mint leaves - Few
  16. Egg - 1
  17. Oil - for frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add chicken, chana dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add onion, garam masala powder, salt to taste.
  3. Add green chilli, green coriander & mix well.
  4. Take a cooker. Add all ingredients, a 1/2 glass of water. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame & cook until 4-5 whistles.
  5. There shouldn't be water in it. Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
  6. Take a mixer jar. Add mixture & grind finely.
  7. Take a bowl. Add grounded mixture. Add egg & mix well keep aside for 10-15 mins.
  8. Mix mixture for once. Spread some water on palms, take some amount of mixture press it against the palms & give shape.
  9. Heat oil in a pan. Put one by one & let them fry until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with Dal & Rice, Ketchup, Mint chutney.
