CHICKEN SHAMI KABAB || SHAMI KABAB RECIPE || RAMZAN SPECIAL RECIPE
- PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins

- Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into cubes)
- Chana dal - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Green coriander - few
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Deseed/chopped)
- Green coriander - Few
- Mint leaves - Few
- Egg - 1
- Oil - for frying
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add chicken, chana dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste.
- Add onion, garam masala powder, salt to taste.
- Add green chilli, green coriander & mix well.
- Take a cooker. Add all ingredients, a 1/2 glass of water. Close cooker & bring on full pressure on high flame & cook until 4-5 whistles.
- There shouldn't be water in it. Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
- Take a mixer jar. Add mixture & grind finely.
- Take a bowl. Add grounded mixture. Add egg & mix well keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Mix mixture for once. Spread some water on palms, take some amount of mixture press it against the palms & give shape.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put one by one & let them fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with Dal & Rice, Ketchup, Mint chutney.
