EPISODE # 86 CHICKEN HOT DOG ROLLS || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 3 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 2 Breasts (Small Cubes) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste - less than 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 sliced Cabbage - chopped lemon - 1/2 Salt - to taste Oil - 1 tsp METHODS: Take a bowl. Add all ingredients to chicken and mix well. keep aside for 10 mins.  Heat the oil in a pan. Put the chicken cover and simmer on high flame. Simmer until the chicken turns crispy.  Slit the hot dog rolls.  Spread butter, green chutney, put chicken, ketchup, mayonnaise, onion slices, cabbage. Serve hot. EPISODE # 84 RESTAURANT STYLE DAL FRY || MOONG MASUR DAL FRY PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME 30 Mins SERVING: 05 INGREDIENTS: Moong Dal - 1 Cup Masur Dal - 1Cup Onion - 2 Medium (Finely Chopped) Tomatoes - 2 Medium (Finely Chopped) Ginger - 1 Inch Garlic Cloves - 4-5 (Crushed) Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Green chilli - 2 (Chopped) Salt - To taste Ghee - 1 Spoon Green coriander - 1/2 Cup METHOD: Boil Dal with little salt & turmeric powder. Heat Ghee in a vessel. Add Cumin Seeds & saute. Add Crushed Garlic, Onions & saute till golden brown. Add Tomatoes. Add Green chillies, salt & saute. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 mins. Add Red chilli powder. Add Kashmiri lal mirch powder. After 4-5 mins add dal & mix well. Add a 1/2 glass of water. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & simmer on low flame for about 10-15 mins. EPISODE # 83 HARA MASALA CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 30-35 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 1 kg Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Dry coconut powder - 3 tbsp Green chili - 4-5 (Ground) Black pepper - 1 tsp (Crushed) Salt - to taste Oil - 1/2 Cup METHOD: Heat a cooking pot. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute. Add oil, ginger garlic paste & saute. Add ground green chillies after 5-6 mins. Add dry coconut powder & saute. Add coriander powder & saute. After 2-3 mins. Add water as required & mix well. Cover & cook. Add garam masala powder. Add crushed black pepper. Add slitted big green chillies & mix well. Add a little water, salt to taste & mix well. Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins on low flame. Serve hot with rot

EPISODE # 81 HOW TO MAKE PERFECT DOSA BATTER || DOSA BATTER PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Kolum Rice - 1 Kg Urad Dal - 1 Cup Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) - 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds - 1 Pinch METHOD: Mix all ingredients in a bowl & wash it in water. Soak it in water for 4-5 hrs. Add cooked rice & mix well. Add in the mixer jar & grind until a fine paste. Take out in a steel container. Close the lid & keep it for fermentation for 10-12 hrs or overnight in a warm place or in the kitchen cabinet. Mix well after fermenting. EPISODE # 80 ALOO METHI KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Fenugreek - 1 Bunch Potatoes - 2 Small (Cut into cubes) Onion - 1 Small (finely sliced) Tomato - 1/2 Grated coconut - as required Garlic cloves - 4-5 (Crushed) Green chilli - 2 (Crushed) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves & green chilli, onion & mix well & saute. Add potatoes & saute. Add tomatoes & saute. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute. Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on low flame. After few mins mix well. Cover & cook on low flame. Add grated coconut. Turn off the flame. Serve after a few mins. EPISODE # 79 FOCACCIA BREAD SANDWICH || SANDWICHES RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Focaccia bread - 2  Eggs - 2 Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes) Capsicum - 1 (cut into rings) Tomato - 1 (Cut into rings) Cheese - as required Green coriander - few leaves Green chili - 2-3 Garlic cloves - 5-6 Salt - to taste Oil - for frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add onions, garlic cloves, green chillies, green coriander & grind them. Beat eggs. Add salt to taste & the ground mixture & beat again. Cut the bread into two equal parts. Spread butter on both sides of the bread. Heat oil in a pan. Put the egg mixture & fry. Gently flip & fry till golden brown. Heat a pan.
