RESTAURANT STYLE DAL FRY || MOONG MASUR DAL FRY

- Moong Dal - 1 Cup
- Masur Dal - 1Cup
- Onion - 2 Medium (Finely Chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium (Finely Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Garlic Cloves - 4-5 (Crushed)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 2 (Chopped)
- Salt - To taste
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Boil Dal with little salt & turmeric powder.
- Heat Ghee in a vessel. Add Cumin Seeds & saute.
- Add Crushed Garlic, Onions & saute till golden brown.
- Add Tomatoes. Add Green chillies, salt & saute. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.
- Add Red chilli powder. Add Kashmiri lal mirch powder. After 4-5 mins add dal & mix well.
- Add a 1/2 glass of water. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & simmer on low flame for about 10-15 mins.
- Garnish with ghee & coriander leaves. Serve hot with Jeera rice, roti etc.
