EPISODE # 368 BANAYE MAZEDAAR ALOO KI KATLI BUS KUCH HI MINS MAI || ALOO KI KATLI || ALOO RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 7-8 Mins COOKING TIME: 7-8 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Potatoes - 4 (Sliced) Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Sabji Masala - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 8-10 Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat a cooker, add oil, cumin seeds & saute. Add asafoetida & saute. Add onion & saute. After 2-3 mins, add green chillies & saute. After a min, add tomatoes & saute. After a min, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt & saute. Apply vinegar on chicken legs & keep aside for 10 mins. After 10 mins, take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-7), mix them well together, cover & keep it in the refrigerator overnight for marination. EPISODE # 365 ANDE KI BHURJEE WITH THODA OIL THODA MASLA || EGG BHURJEE || BREAKFAST RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins COOKING TIME: 6-7   Mins SERVINGS:  2-3 INGREDIENTS: Eggs - 2 Onion - 3 (Finely Chopped) Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - 2 (Slited & Chopped) Salt - To Taste Oil - 2-3 tbsp METHOD: Take a pan, add onion, oil & saute. After 1/2 a min, add tomato & saute. Add green chilli, salt & saute. After 2-3 mins, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & mix well. In the centre of the pan, add eggs. Cover the eggs with other ingredients. Cook on low flame. Once done, turn it to the other side & let it cook. Mix all the ingredients well. Serve hot. Add water & knead a hard dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins. On a rolling board, roll the dough for once. Dust some wheat flour, roll the dough & give shape. Spread some oil. Dust some flour.  Sprinkle dried mint leaves, chilli flakes, chaat masala, mint leaves. Roll it & keep aside. Dust some flour, roll it in the shape of paratha. Heat a pan, put paratha, spread oil & let it cook. Flip it to the other side & let it cook. Serve hot.
