ANDE KI BHURJEE WITH THODA OIL THODA MASLA || EGG BHURJEE || BREAKFAST RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 6-7 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Onion - 3 (Finely Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green Chilli - 2 (Slited & Chopped)
  7. Salt - To Taste
  8. Oil - 2-3 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a pan, add onion, oil & saute.
  2. After 1/2 a min, add tomato & saute.
  3. Add green chilli, salt & saute.
  4. After 2-3 mins, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & mix well.
  5. In the centre of the pan, add eggs. Cover the eggs with other ingredients. Cook on low flame.
  6. Once done, turn it to the other side & let it cook.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well.
  8. Serve hot.
