ANDE KI BHURJEE WITH THODA OIL THODA MASLA || EGG BHURJEE || BREAKFAST RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 6-7 Mins
- SERVINGS: 2-3
- Eggs - 2
- Onion - 3 (Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 (Slited & Chopped)
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Take a pan, add onion, oil & saute.
- After 1/2 a min, add tomato & saute.
- Add green chilli, salt & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & mix well.
- In the centre of the pan, add eggs. Cover the eggs with other ingredients. Cook on low flame.
- Once done, turn it to the other side & let it cook.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Serve hot.
