EPISODE # 386 JAB KOI SANJI SAMAJ NA AAYE TOH BANAYE YEH MAZEDAAR JEERA BHARI HARI MIRCH | LOCKDOWN SPECIAL RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 3-4 Mins COOKING TIME: 8-9 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Long Green Chillies - 12 (Make a slit in between chillies & remove seeds) Cumin Seeds Powder - 2 tbsp Salt - To Taste Oil - 2 tbsp METHOD: Take a plate, add cumin seeds powder, salt & mix well. Fill powder in chillies & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put chillies one by one & let it fry until done. Fry on low flame. Cover & cook. Serve as a side dish. EPISODE # 385 BINA PYAZ AUR TAMATAR KE BANAYE MAZEDAAR MASOOR DAL | LESS INGREDIENTS | LOCKDOWN SPECIAL RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Masoor Dal - 1 Cup Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 4-5 (Finely Chopped) Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup Salt - To Taste FOR TEMPERING: Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp Curry Leaves - Few Cumin Seeds  Powder - 1 tsp Garlic Cloves - 5-6 (Finely Chopped) Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp Ghee - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a vessel, add dal & water. Add turmeric powder & mix well. Soak in water for 6-7 mins. Keep it on flame & boil it. After 5-6 mins, place a channiwali plate & simmer. Once the water dries, turn off the flame. Let it cool down at room temperature. Mix dal when lukewarm with the back of a ladle. Add 1/2 a litre of water or 2 glasses of water & mix well. EPISODE # 384 साबूदाना पापड | घर में बनाये आसानी से साबूदाना पापड  | EASY SABUDANA MASALA PAPAD || SUN-DRIED RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Sago - 1/2 Kg (Soak in water overnight & squeeze the water out) Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Chilli - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Food Color - Red, Green, Yellow, others Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a vessel, add 1 ltr of water & heat it till boiling point. As it starts boiling, add all ingredients (2-7), sago & mix well. Continuously stir & cook. After 5-6 mins, turn off the flame. Take a thal, grease it with oil & keep it aside. Take two bowls, add food colors, put the sago mix well. To make papad, keep the mixture lukewarm. On the greased thal, add some mixture & give shape. Keep it under sunlight or under a fan.
