साबूदाना पापड | घर में बनाये आसानी से साबूदाना पापड | EASY SABUDANA MASALA PAPAD || SUN-DRIED RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Sago - 1/2 Kg (Soak in water overnight & squeeze the water out)
  2. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  5. Crushed Red Chilli - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - To taste
  8. Food Color - Red, Green, Yellow, others
  9. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel, add 1 ltr of water & heat it till boiling point.
  2. As it starts boiling, add all ingredients (2-7), sago & mix well.
  3. Continuously stir & cook.
  4. After 5-6 mins, turn off the flame.
  5. Take a thal, grease it with oil & keep it aside.
  6. Take two bowls, add food colors, put the sago mix well.
  7. To make papad, keep the mixture lukewarm.
  8. On the greased thal, add some mixture & give shape.
  9. Keep it under sunlight or under a fan.
  10. After 11-12 hours, turn it to the other side & let it dry completely.
  11. After 2 days.
  12. Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one & let it fry until done inside out.
