साबूदाना पापड | घर में बनाये आसानी से साबूदाना पापड | EASY SABUDANA MASALA PAPAD || SUN-DRIED RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
- Sago - 1/2 Kg (Soak in water overnight & squeeze the water out)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilli - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Food Color - Red, Green, Yellow, others
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a vessel, add 1 ltr of water & heat it till boiling point.
- As it starts boiling, add all ingredients (2-7), sago & mix well.
- Continuously stir & cook.
- After 5-6 mins, turn off the flame.
- Take a thal, grease it with oil & keep it aside.
- Take two bowls, add food colors, put the sago mix well.
- To make papad, keep the mixture lukewarm.
- On the greased thal, add some mixture & give shape.
- Keep it under sunlight or under a fan.
- After 11-12 hours, turn it to the other side & let it dry completely.
- After 2 days.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one & let it fry until done inside out.
