EPISODE # 452 EGG MAYO SANDWICH | QUICK RECIPES | 5 MINS RECIPE | QUICK BREAKFAST | SANDWICH BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Bread - As Required Boiled Eggs - 3 (Chopped) Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (2-5) & mix well. Place a bread slice,, spread the filling evenly. Place another bread slice on it. Cut off the edges. Diagonaaly cut & make it into 4 pieces. Serve with Tomato Ketchup. EPISODE # 450 GARLIC NAAN | HOME-MADE GARLIC BUTTER NAAN WITHOUT TANDOOR & YEAST | NAAN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20 Mins SERVINGS: 2-3 INGREDIENTS: All-Purpose Flour - 3 cups Curd - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 tsp Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp Garlic Cloves - 10-12 (Grated) (Save some for later use) Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Dried Fenugreek Leaves - Few Salt - To Taste Oil - 2 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, curd, salt, sugar, baking powder, soda bi-carb, garlic cloves, oil. Mix well & knead a soft dough. Add lukewarm water & knead the dough. Spread a little oil on the palm & knead the dough. Put the lid & keep it aside to rest for 20-25 mins. EPISODE # 448 SOFT EASY & QUICK RAVA IDLI | BREAKFAST RECIPE | SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Idli Rava - 2 cups Cooked Rice - 2 cups Urad Dal - 1/2 cup Salt - To Taste Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp METHOD: Take a bowl, add idli rava, add water - 5 cups & keep aside for 3-4 hours. Take a bowl, add cooked rice & keep it aside. Do not use Basmati Rice. You can also use Rice flakes - 1 cup in the place of cooked rice. Take a bowl, add urad dal. Add water & soak it for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, take out the water. Take a mixer jar, add urad dal, cooked rice, a little water & grind well & coarsely grind it. After 3-4 hours, take the water out from idli rava. Take a vessel. add soaked idli rava. Add grounded dal & cooked rice. Mix well. Put the lid. Keep it aside for 4-5 hours for fermentation. Mix it for once after 4-5 hours.
