GARLIC NAAN | HOME-MADE GARLIC BUTTER NAAN WITHOUT TANDOOR & YEAST | NAAN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- All-Purpose Flour - 3 cups
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic Cloves - 10-12 (Grated) (Save some for later use)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, curd, salt, sugar, baking powder, soda bi-carb, garlic cloves, oil. Mix well & knead a soft dough.
- Add lukewarm water & knead the dough.
- Spread a little oil on the palm & knead the dough.
- Put the lid & keep it aside to rest for 20-25 mins.
- Knead the dough for once after 20-15 mins & keep aside.
- Take a bowl, add grated garlic, green coriander, dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
- Dust some flour on the rolling board. Roll the dough & make some dough balls.
- Dust some flour on the rolling board. Roll the dough flat.
- Spread the garlic mix. Sprinkle Nigella seeds. Roll it flat for once.
- Turn it to the other side, spread water.
- Heat tawa. Put the water spread part down.
- Slightly press on the naan, put the naan on direct flame for 1-2 mins. Spread butter on it.
- Take it out.
- Serve hot.
