GARLIC NAAN | HOME-MADE GARLIC BUTTER NAAN WITHOUT TANDOOR & YEAST | NAAN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. All-Purpose Flour - 3 cups
  2. Curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  6. Garlic Cloves - 10-12 (Grated) (Save some for later use)
  7. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  8. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - Few
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, curd, salt, sugar, baking powder, soda bi-carb, garlic cloves, oil. Mix well & knead a soft dough.
  2. Add lukewarm water & knead the dough.
  3. Spread a little oil on the palm & knead the dough.
  4. Put the lid & keep it aside to rest for 20-25 mins.
  5. Knead the dough for once after 20-15 mins & keep aside.
  6. Take a bowl, add grated garlic, green coriander, dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
  7. Dust some flour on the rolling board. Roll the dough & make some dough balls.
  8. Dust some flour on the rolling board. Roll the dough flat.
  9. Spread the garlic mix. Sprinkle Nigella seeds. Roll it flat for once.
  10. Turn it to the other side, spread water.
  11. Heat tawa. Put the water spread part down.
  12. Slightly press on the naan, put the naan on direct flame for 1-2 mins. Spread butter on it.
  13. Take it out.
  14. Serve hot.
